We finally were getting ready to move into our new house after two years of permits/renovations when I noticed a hairline crack in our brand new bathtub. Since renovation took so long, we couldn’t easily get a replacement under warranty and we didn’t want to waste more time tearing out tiles even if we got a replacement. I called 2 or 3 reglazing companies who all told me they had to reglaze the whole entire tub and that it cost extra to reinstall the grip pads for a total of several hundred dollars. I didn’t want to pay the high cost nor did I want to reglaze an entire tub that I’ve never even used! Finally, I spoke to Adam at Superior Porcelain. He understood my concerns and said he could try to fix only the cracked portion for $200. When he came, he did refinish only the cracked portion and it looked good. Unfortunately, five days later, the refinished part started peeling off, but Adam stuck to his one year warranty and came back to fix it again. This time, he tried a different method that would be more resistant and effective and he worked until he was completely satisfied with it. He didn’t charge me a dime and we even had a great time talking while waiting for certain steps to dry during the process. It has been several weeks now and the tub still looks great. If you’re looking for someone honest and reliable, look no further and ask for Adam.

Ammmmmmazing. Amazzzing. Need floors and entire porcelain bathtub and walls resurfaced. Absolutely worth it. He was polite and very informative on long term care so it doesn’t damage. Btw 5 YEAR warranty. My photos doesn’t not do it justice. Absolutely flawless. Also very important the clean up after the work was done was great. Absolutely spotless.

I used this company once before several years ago to reporcelain a tub in an apartment that I owned. They did a great job, so I just hired them again to do a different apartment. I understand the company has changed hands recently so this was the new owner who did this tub. It looks great and I was happy with the price. I don’t remember the paper being left up last time but it will be easy enough for me to take it down.
 

These guys are outstanding – they showed up on time, worked until the job was completed, and we’re very clear about the work to be performed. Prices were reasonable. The owners, Mark and Diane, are lovely people – friendly, trustworthy, and reliable. Def. recommend this company!
